If you thought contact paper was just for lining your kitchen drawers, you definitely need to take a look at the awesome contact paper crafts folks have come up with for their own homes.

I’ll be honest, I never really considered how the simple paper could be used in other areas of my house, either. It really makes so much sense, especially if you’re tired of struggling with more traditional (and often messy) wallpaper and painting options. Plus, you can get as creative as you’d like with different patternsorcutting out more detailed designs.

I also love how cheap most contact paper is, making the ideas listed below not only beautiful but totally budget-friendly. I’ve been trying to find a solution for my plain white dresser drawers for months, so I’m particularly glad I stumbled upon #5.

Take a look to see all the amazing contact paper crafts and let us know if you’ve ever used the product in a more creative way, too.
